01 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on ten999, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms and agree to be bound by them.

If ten999 identifies duplicate accounts linked to the same person, device, payment method, or IP address, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances withheld pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your ten999 account. All deposits and withdrawals on ten999 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ten999 supports the following payment methods for Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at ten999's discretion.

Deposits are credited to your ten999 balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. In most cases this is immediate, but processing times may vary depending on the payment method and network conditions. ten999 does not charge a fee for standard deposits, but your mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal requests on ten999 are processed within 10 minutes during normal operating hours. To make a withdrawal, the payment method you use must be registered in your ten999 account and must match the name on your account. ten999 may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or first-time withdrawals.

05 Betting Rules

All bets placed on ten999 are subject to the specific rules of the game or market being wagered on. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules for that bet. ten999 displays the rules for each game and betting market within the platform.

Bets are only valid once they have been confirmed by the ten999 system and a bet reference number has been issued. A bet that has not been confirmed is not a valid bet, regardless of whether funds have been deducted from your balance. If a deduction occurs without a confirmed bet, ten999 will return the funds to your account.

• Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after they have been confirmed by ten999.
• ten999 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the result was already known at the time of betting.
• In the event of a technical error that results in incorrect odds being displayed, ten999 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed before you confirm your bet.
• ten999 may limit or restrict betting on specific markets or for specific accounts at its discretion.

For live in-play betting, odds are updated in real time. ten999 cannot guarantee that the odds displayed at the moment you submit a bet will be the odds at which the bet is confirmed, as market conditions may change in the time between submission and confirmation. If the odds change significantly, ten999 may offer you the option to accept the new odds or cancel the bet.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

ten999 offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each promotion.
